 · Hi everyone, I bought a used John X324 Lawn Tractor that looked like new. It has a 22 HP motor and Hydrostatic Transmission. I bought it used and It cuts great, but it runs slow. I took it to the local JD dealer 10 days ago and he can't figure out the problem. He changed the belt, tuned it up and the motor runs good.

My L130 had the same symptoms at just 3 years old or so. I traded it in on an X520 and have been much happier. The tranny on the L130 was very light duty, not suited to pulling much of anything or any kind of inclines. Disappointing.
